In 2027, Lucy and I will be
taking on the London Marathon —26.2 miles of training, determination, sore legs and, hopefully, a huge smile when
we cross the finish line!
We're raising money for World Cancer Research Fund because cancer has touched the lives of so many people we love. Many of our family members and friends have been affected by cancer, and we've seen the impact it can have on individuals, families and entire communities. This cause is therefore deeply personal to us, and we want to turn our marathon challenge into something that can help make a difference.
World Cancer Research Fund supports research into cancer prevention and the links between cancer, diet, weight and physical activity. By fundraising, we hope to support work that could help reduce the number of people affected by cancer in the future.
Every donation, no matter how large or small, will mean so much to us. Your support will help us reach our fundraising goal and keep us motivated through the difficult training miles. If you're unable to donate, sharing our fundraising page with friends, family or colleagues would also be a huge help. Thank you for supporting us and this important cause.
